Although no one saw the accident lt was believed Mr. Garrett waa blinded by a heavy snowstorm and failed to see the corner until lt was too late to negotiate the turn. The emergency brake waa on and the engine had been turned off. Alton Miller of Hyrum saw the car against tlie fence and notified Dr. Burgess and City Marshal A. H. Allen, who notified the sheriffs office at Logan. Dr. Burgess reported that Mr. Garrett had left his office about 15 minutes before the accident. Deputy Weatherstone summoned Justice C. F.
