(Brcciings As the year 1932 nears its closing, the Logan City commission desires to express its appreciation to the citizens of the city for the spirit of cooperation that has been manifest throughout the year. It has indeed been commendable the way those with plenty hae rallied to give aid to families in distress. The city officials have given of their time and ability to curtail expense wherein a burden could be lifted from the shoulders of the taxpayers. And yet through it all, efforts have been made to provide employment to families where necessary to provide means for food and clothing. There are many reasons why our citizens Bhould' rejoice 'at this Christmas season. Generally speaking our people are in good health, they are provided with fuel for keeping warm. Especially do we want to- express our appreciation at this time for the unselfish work of the various charitable organizations for the interest they have taken in providing necessities for the unfortunate families of the community. Through these agencies every home, no matter how humble, should be provided with a Merry and Happy Christmas. 16. V -- IV, v . f, k - -- tV' vsi ea$M ' V A. G. LUNDSTROM. Mayor, OLOF I. PEDERSEN, N.
