HOME ON FURLOUGH Mrs. Thelda Halstead and' Mrs Laura Lyman were prize winners at the card party held Friday' by the Duchesne Unit No. 22, American Legion Auxiliary. Four tables were set up for the afternoon party, which is being sponsored for summer entertainment to raise funds for improvement of the Legion Hall. This was the second such party held this summer. Three tables were set up for the first party held the ' latter part of June. Ladies of all ages are invited to attend and participate in these parties which are held at the Legion Hall, from 2 to 5 p. m. There is a 500 registration fee. Light refresments are served' at each party. Mrs. Sarah Rasmussen, unit president, and Mrs. Zella Grant were refreshment committee members Friday. Mrs. Grace Bench was hostess. Date for the next afternoon card party is Friday, July 27.
