Mrs. Adaline Anderson was in Salt Lake City Tuesday to attend a school for fair judges. Starting Monday, July 27 this community has been visited with rains every day this week. Some ditches were filled last Monday, then on Thursday afternoon a huge storm was in North Fork, where the forest road was washed out and the head of the Rhoades ditch was completely filled with debris. Men of the community visited the scene and declared it was the worst flood they had ever seen in this area. Some men have hay still down in the fields. Friday brought more rain and damage in North Fork. A newspaper survey covering 1,724 physicians revealed that 1,700 of them believe women should not wear shoes without stockings.
