District Court Off As this newspaper was going to press today, motion for dismissal was filed in tho Fourth Judicial District Court at Duchesne on a civil case that was recently filed, in which Jesse R. Allen was the plaintiff and Milton R. Lyman was listed as the defendant in an action to cancel a lease. The two parties involved reported they had gotten together and arrived at a satisfactory settlement and the motion for dismissal was being filed by Mr. Allens attorney.
