The bond interest and sinking funds considered, the average cost a pupil Inrtre city was .85.40. There wad an excess of 1123.36.62 of revenue over exense in the general maintenance fund on June 30, according to the reT"rt. The total revenue was 1,M2,S22.80 and the expenses amounted to $1,819,516 IS. Of the revenue. 11.158,092.17 wu derived from city school taxes for 1922. The tfate of I'tah district school fund netted the SiUt Lake school $657.061. 9 and the olty school taxes of prior years through the redemption of taxes produced $08,243.20.
