A. Hinckley will conduct these classes which will be held once i ;a week. The first meeting of the study group will be held Wednesday, March 2nd, at three p. m., in the church offices in the Eddy Building. The members attending this meeting will choose the phase of child training convenithey wish to study. A time decided upon at be will ent to all this meeting. This class is free and open to everyone in the county interested in child training. Child training is a vital subject to all parents and teachers and these meetings will be a place to study and discuss the problems of the child. A public lecture course, the Utah State Administrators Conference, the Iastitute of Public Affaire, and the Institute of Education in Family Life will also be held at the University of Utah during this time. Crepe colored paper and smaller flags harmonized beautifully, completing the artistic plan devised by the decorating committee. Music was furnished by the Merry Makers orchestra. The grand march, a feature of the ball, was led by Major and Mrs. Ruel M. Eskelsen, followed immediately by Mayor and Mrs. F. Joseph Law. The procession was spectacular with the guardsmen in uniform and the ladles in beautiful formal gowns.
