The dairy products show is a new feature of the short course at the college which gives dairymen of Utah a chance to exhibit their high quality dairy products and have them scored and judged. The course also gives commercial dairymen attending the short course, an opportunity to enter a judging contest and learn more about the judging of dairy products, Professor Morris saidGold, silver and bronze certificates of merit will also be awarded to all makers of Cheddar cheese, butter, ice cream and cottage cheese scoring 92 points or more and to producers or processors of milk scoring more than These certificates are evi96 points. dence of high quality products which may be used for advertising purposes, Professor Morris pointed out. Rules of the dairy products show and exhibit are: 1. Any plant operator in Utah is invited to enter their products in the scoring contests for butter, ice cream, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, raw milk and pasteurized milk. 2. An award will be made to the maker of the best cheese, butter and ice cream. 3. Certificates of merit will be awarded to all makers of cheddar cheese, butter, ice cream and cottage cheese scoring over 92 points and producers or processors of milk scoring over 96 points. 4. Entries of butter, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, or ice cream, should be shipped or delivered, to on or before Saturday, March 14th. 5. Entries of milk should arrive at the college some time during Friday, March 13th. 6.
