Raiisoui Beecher of this city announce the marriage of their daughter, Marie, to Don Rasmussen, son of Martin Rasmussen of Mantua. The marriage was performed on Thursday, February 14th, by county clerk Henry Nielson. Announcement of the marriage was made at a prettily arranged party given Saturday afternoon at the home of the bride. A delicious hot luncheon was served to fourteen guests seated at tables decorated in keeping with Valentines day. The afternoon was spent in playing bridge games. Mr. and Mrs. Rasmussen have many friends among the younger set of this community who extend them best wishes. Ivlr. Wesley Horsley at the Idle Isle. A color scheme of red and white was carried out in the table decorations and covers were laid for thirty-tw- o guests. Following the luncheon, tables were arranged for bridge and prizes were awarded at each table.
