Cooley of this city walked into his office in the First National Bank building Sunday at 4:30 p. m., he found a stranger who had apparently been going through his stock of drugs. As the doctor entered the office the man ran into the street and disappeared. Officer Wm. S. Fife was notified and shortly after located the intruder in a barn at the premises of Jesse W. Hoopes at 42 North, Second West street. The man, who was arrested, gave his name as James Collins, 37, of Butte, Montana. During his flight he was joined by a companion who gave his name as Albert Nelson, 50, of Colorado, who was also placed under arrest. According to the officers, Collins had two small boxes of pills, or sleeping powders, in his pocket, which he claimed he brought here with him.
