President Ivie Wilde conducted, under the supervision of Mrs. Sophia Nebeker and Mrs. Clara Perry. The meeting was opened by singing club songs, followed by invocation. The president introduced Mrs. Martin Rasmussen, Mrs. Stander and Mrs. Merlin Nelson as judges, and Miss Juanita Barker, a graduate nurse. A demonstration of plain muffins was given by Helen Francis and Ivie Wilde, followed by a table setting demonstration by June Wight and Nola Peterson. Miss Barker gave each of the girls a physical examination. The health examination proved Ivie Wilde to be the most healthy girl. The judges chose the plain muffins made by Ivie Wilde and Helen Francis and Isabell Perkins whole wheat muffins, as winners. Other honors were given Elaine Stauffer and Martha Perkins for their muffins. Carma Wilde won first with her chart, and Isabell Perkins second in the Healthy Cooks club and Nola Peterson first, and Martha Perkins second in the Happy Cooks.
