A very delightful social was given Wednesday last by Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Nelson at their home here, in honor of Mrs. Nelsons mother, Mrs. C. M. Jensen, it being her seventy-thir- d birthday anniversary. Progres-siv- e games and social chat were the diversion of the evening, after which a tray luncheon was served to twenty guests. High score for men was awarded N. C. Jensen; for ladies, Mrs. Rilla Jensen. guests were Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Jensen of Brigham City; Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Jensen of Harrisville; Mr. and Mrs. Archie Hill of Logan. The Mutuals held their social here; Tuesday evening at the ward hall. A fine program was rendered, after which dancing and games were enjoyed. Dainty refreshments were also, served to those present. . Mr. and Mrs. Jack Larsen and children of Bingham are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Larsen. Miss Edna Nelson and Mr. Roy Hill of Salt Lake City spent Sunday here with relatives.
