Reeder, was operated upon for appendicitis at the Budge hospital at Logan last Thursday evening. She was stricken ill while at work in the U. S. A. C. library. Mrs. Lloyd Cheal and Mrs. Howard Hansen and small daughter Marva June, left on Saturday morning for their home in San Diego, California, having spent a month visiting with Mrs. Cheat's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Turner and Mrs. Hansens brother, Walter Cheal and family. They were accompanied home by Miss Ruth Turner. The return trip was made by way of San Francisco, where they were joined by Mr. Cheal and Mr. Hansen. A party was given for Mrs. Annie Gilbert at Relief Society meeting on Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Gilbert was recently released as first counselor in the Relief Society.
