Miss Villadene Knudson of Los .Angeles, Calif., is spending her vacation of two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Knudson, in Ahis ctiy. Mrs. M. C. Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Mary Tams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elias Tams of Willard to George C. Clifton of Ogden, which took place Wednesday, June 4th in the Salt Lake temple. Miss Tams is a graduate of the Box Elder high school and of the Weber college of Ogden and for the past year has been teaching school in Box Elder county. Mr. Clifton is employed by the National Bank of Commerce of Ogden where the young couple will make their home. at the Idle Isle at a delightful bridge luncheon. The guests were seated at one long table which was centered with snapdragons, and painted shasta daisies decorated the room. Barnard dedicated the gnr J June 9. Mrs. Adewife of Milo Gardiner, died at her home here Friday. She was a native of Sweden and came to Brigham City in 1863. When 15 years old, she married Daniel C. Booth, Mrs. De Wane Bove-lanof Deweyville being a child of that marriage. Following the death of her first husband, she married Milo Gardiner In 1886, and Is survived by five children, 14 grandchildren and 13 The children are Martin, Milo and Bloyd M. Gardiner, Margaret Hunsaker and Mrs. Vivian A. Hunsaker. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. in the Deweyville ward chapel, under the direction of Bishop ML G. Perry.
