It has long been known that the springs at the foot of Little Mountain contained many valuable medicinal properties, and for years, residents of Bear River valley, have had recourse to the curative waters, when medical help seemed unavailing. NARROWS NAMED FOR W.G.WILLIAMS i Some months ago, F. W. House, of Corinne, who is the owner of the property on which the springs are located, sent samples of the water and powder, evaporated therefrom, to the United States department of the interior, asking for an analysis. The lequest was referred to the laboratories of the federal bureau of mines, and when a few months back, Mr. House received the analysis, he was astonished to find, that the water, and the powder secured by evaporamineral tion, contained sixty-seve- n ingredients, all of a curative character, without the slightest trace of any poisonous ingredient. Upon receiving this report, Mr. House got busy and is now reported to have received assurance of support from men of means in Ogden, who w ill back the enterprise to the extent of placing the waters and the evaporated powders on the market and to develop the natural hot springs as a health resort. In this latter connection, the location is ideal, as the springs are located only ,a few miles from the town of Corinne, on a road, leading from the highway, on which the county commissioners are now working, and which, when this work 1 completed, Jwill make the springs accessible from all points. an order of Governor George H.
