The matter was taken under advisement. In the matter of the estate of Charlotte Kempt, deceased, final distribution was made. An order for sale of real estate in the estate of Mary I Loveland, deceased, was made by the court upon application of administrtor. Decree of settlement of final account and distribution of estate was made in the estate of Louise C. Graehl, deceased. Petition of Administrator in the estate of Henry Harris, deceased for final distribution, was continued. W. H. Thornton was appointed guardian of George Thornton, minor, his bond being fixed at $250. Final settlement of account and decree of distribution was made in the estate of Franklin D. Rich, deceased. The same action was taken in the estate of Isabella M. Richards, deceased. Case of State of Utah vs. George O. Truschell was set for Monday, Feb. The charge" in this action is 8th. grand larceny. Case of Farmers Cash Union vs. A. for trial, L.
