Hunsaker-Sto- LOOK! Tremont City. Kindly permit us through the columns of your valuable journal to say a few words regarding Tremont City. This is a new city, and is in the heart of the great Bear River valley and on the line of the Malad Valley railroad, two and one half miles south.of Garland, on telephone line. Mr. Fred Itihart, president of Tremont Townslte Co., has informed the writer that a grand rush for city lots has been on for several days, and as a special inducement, to business and he was making a special price on lots for 10 days only. Mr. Nihart states that there are several business enterprises going In at once. Notable among them, an meat market and grocery to be conducted by Mr. Shuman, a general merchandise house by Mr. Sherman of Garland; a large harness business will be conducted by a Mr. Thompson of Salt Lake City. The Wilsop Lumber Co. have purchased I of a block and are putting Id an lumber yard. This firm is now hauling lumber from Dewey-viil- e to Tremont and has about II cars in transit. There are a hotel, drug store, bank, hardware store, dry goods store, and in fact every branch of trade will be represented here. No one familiar with this part of the valley can but predict a great futire for our city. There are people who know a good thing wheu they see it, one of them is Mr. Ray, the Deweyville merjbant, who do not stop at buying all the meat frem our Mr, Shuman that he can eat, but actually buying and sending it to his family who resides in Salt Lake City. Keep it up Mr. Shuman and Tremont City, which is almost unkoowo, will be a by word. People will swear not at Tremont but by thp integrity of its business men. Tremont is destined to be a great place, at least the third city in our fair state. We venture the prediction that there are people who have never as jet heard of Tremont City, that will live to go there to pay their taxes the county seat, if you please. 82, Telephone FOR BuilderS QAI And can give the promptest attenFirst NMl Bank Bid tion to all work in my line.
