The case was submitted to th jury on the second cause and a verdict was rendered for plaintiff la sum of $40 On Monday the case of Charles Klenk vs The O. S. L. Ry Co., came on for trial, J. D. Call and L. R. Rogers, appearing for plaintiff and P. L. Williams aqd Geo. H. Smith for defendant. In this action the plaintiff sued for 7,500 for personal injuries sustained by being, ejected from defendants train last May. The testimony disclosed that the plaintiff was a minor at the time of starting the suit and on motio of defendant,, the case was dismissed without prejudice. The case of J. F. Rohde vs. James McGrigor was on trial Monday and Tuesday before a jury which, by consent of attorneys for plaintff and defendant, brought in a verdict in favor of defendant, ne cause of action. .On Tuesday and Wednesday .the case of Fred Walcott vs. The O.
