Housed in a big special body built on a motor truck of 223 inch wheelbase is a varied and interesting display of the latest designs in bathroom, kitchen and laundry equipment. Thousands of people have examined this free exhibit along its route from city to city, and have carried away practical Ideas and suggestions tor the improvement of their homes. Within the truck is installed a built in bathtub complete with overhead shower and eurtalns. An attractive combination kitchen sink and laundry tray, a fixture which saves space, time and steps Is also displayed. Two different types of water heaters are shown: the Premier automatic storage gas water heater for use wherever gas is available as fuel, and the Perfection Kerosene water heater for country homes. Another interesting unit on view is the Crane automatic water system for use on farms and in suburban hames beyond the reach of city water mains. Other fixtures Included are three different types of lavatories, a wide variety of valves and faucets and other plumbing and heating accessories. Fixtures Show in Actual Operation Additional interest is given this exhibit through the fact that the supply fixtures of the lavatories, and the sink displayed are actually connected to running water. The water is supplied by the Crane Automatic Water system installed on the truck. The pump Is operated by electric current from the batteries of the car. . Easy ways of adding to the comfort and convenience of dally home life at a modest cost may be suggested by a talk with the representative of Crane Co., who is in charge of this travelling exhibit.
