This shipment was from the factory at Hint, Mich., by H. O. Waters, who was sent from our office here in bait Lake to insure the safe arrival of these ears. Because of the precautions we took, this great trainload of Buicks came through in record time and all in perfect condition. It is particularly pleasing to receive this large number of buicks at this time fqr the demand for the Buick is increasing so rapidly that it has taxed our utmost efforts to get a sufficient number of ears to accommo date our customers. Buick dealers all along the line were notified when this trainload of cart would be at their home stations, and Mr. Waters tells us that at exorv stop there were Buick dealers on hand to view the shipment. These dealers en desvored to secure from one to five cars for their customers; but, of course, such sales were impossible; be sides if we Lad accommodated them it would have meant that many people would have to be disappointed here in Salt Lake. Needless to say, the shipment came through intact, but the mere fact that dealers were on hand to see this enormous shipment indicates the great Interest that it aroused. This interest was not by anv means confined to Buick carloads of The fifty-ondealers.
