The suggested plan for civ Ic and patriotic service education extending over twelve months is as follows: ; All pupils under 18 will register at the beginning of the school year. "All pupils will be encouraged to enroll In at least one clasa that functions over twrlve months, and for whhh school credits will pot be given before the end of th twelve months, for example: Smith- Hughes courses In agriculture and home economics, also courses in trades and industries and farm mecJtanirs, courses in community rfvtcs, personal hygiene, education and music. (It is recognised that these classes will be in part experimental, but inasmuch as they are based on sound reasons they should succeed.)
