Cox presiding. Phillip Andrew Woosley appeared on an order to show cause for not completing lifeskills. Bail of $500 was posted and will be released upon completion of lifeskills. Renerah Lee Taylor was fined $1450 for reckless driving. Matz was fined $100 for two charges of vicious dog at large. Joshua Jaimes Johnson forfeited $195 for speeding and failure to appear. Barbie Sue Lawley was fined $1092 for revocation and criminal failure to appear. Eleanor Begay was fined $400 for second offense illegal possession consumption of alcohol by a minor. Delbert John Velasquez was ordered to make payments on a prior fine. Maureen E. Randolph was fined $150 for public intoxication. Donald II. Hilliard was fined $120 for driving on denied license and failure to appear. Braxton Jay Helm was fined $300 for illegal possession consumption of alcohol by a minor. Jason M. Rockwell was fined $280 for disorderly conduct. Julius E. Valdez was fined $1500 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) and improper lane travel. Joshua W. Day was or dered to complete lifeskills and make payments on prior fine. A warrant for $275 was issued for Jason Colburn Zimmerman for no payments since May. Jose was Delgado-Dia- z fined $1890 for DUI, no proof of insurance and expired reg- istration. A $462 warrant was issued for Heather C. Evans for possession of paraphernalia. Christina Knight was find $805 for driving on suspension and no proof of insurance. A $497 warrant was issued for Michael Moore for driving on suspension. A $917 warrant was issued for Luke Earl Smith for possession of paraphernalia, driving on suspension and right of way violations. A $497 warrant was issued for David William Wilson for driving on suspension. Michelle Renee Phillips was sentenced to time served for seventh offense driving on suspension. Eleanor Begay was or- dered to complete lifeskills and make payments of prior fine. A $400 warrant was issued for Kenneth Lee Begay for no payments and incomplete lifeskills. Michelle Phillips was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay restitution to the Grand County Library for two counts of library theft and two counts of failure to appear. Jeffrey Dunn was incarcerated and ordered to complete lifeskills while in jail. Cassandra Hill was fined $497 for driving on suspension and criminal failure to appear. A number of matters were continued to later dates, set for trial or sentencing, or otherwise disposed of.
