Call Howard L. Howard, Ext. to schedule. K.O. KARDIO CLASSES: Held Tuesday and Thursday at 5 p.m or 6:10 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. (beginning), 11 a.m. (intermediate to advanced). Cost is $5 per class and $35 per month. JAZZERCISE: Aerobic fitness program at the bubble. Experience fun, fitness and friendship. Open enrollment, all fitness levels and ages welcome. A great workout. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 p.m. In addition to the usual classes, Jazzercise is now offering a 40 minute Cardio Quick class. Held in the Hess Fitness Center bubble every Saturday at 9:10 a.m. Cost is $25 per month (electronic funds transfer) , $30 for 4 week class, $5 walk-i- n rate, the first class free. The league will begin July 5 and run through early September. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, improve on your current skills, stay fit, and most important to have a great time.
