Transformer causes system outages Civil Engineering lost one of two trans- formers in a substation that provides electrical power to the east side of the 2 12 months before the transformer is repaired and reinstalled. The temporary repairs can't support the power demand that usually occurs over the summer so all East Area facilities and occupants are asked to do everything possible to minimize electricity use. Examples include turning off lights when not in use or needed, shutting down production lines, turning off nonessential equipment and either not using air conditioners or setting thermostats to 76 degrees. Failure to cut the electricity demand could cause additional power outages and may even cause shut down of mission critical operations if the demand burns out another transformer. When the permanent repairs are complete Civil Engineering will immediately $49.95 $299 $59.95 $14.99 ...$59 ...$69 Ccnrptcn's 99 Star nars Rscer to complete intermediate level professional military education.
