His lovely, friendly staff welcomed me into his beautiful office - big windows with lots of light! After the bothersome questionnaire was over we had a chance to talk. I have never had an experience talking to a young doctor who had such a gift of making a patient vfeel comfortable, hopeful and encouraged about their illness. I told him I couldn't pronounce his French name, could he help me with it? He rose to his feet and performed a shuffle dance as he waved his finger and sang a song that rhymed with Caillouet. It was a perfect example of his wonderful manner I'll not soon forget! His humor kept me laughing all the way home. My mood improved 100 as I reported to my husband who decided, after my several visits, to see what this doctor could do for him. Several lab tests are required for new patients. One of my husband's blood tests came back as being very serious and scary. Our anxiety led us to an ' immediate surgery. Our Christmas plans took a back seat. My husband survived the surgery and has done very well in his recovery. I will always consider his life was extended because of this forewarning. It was my gift from Dr. Caillouet.
