Show The Twelfth Circuit Court was in session on Jan. 14, for the first Law and Arraignment day in 1987, with Judge Paul C. Keller presiding. Mark Anthony Darrow appeared for arraignment on third degree felony burglary and third degree felony theft. Preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 2. Mark 'uane Simmons appeared for arraignment on two counts of second degree felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute for value, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), a class B misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor.
