Guests will be served a complete dinner of roast beef, potatoes, vegetables and fruits. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. on Dec. 4 through Dec. 6. Tickets are sold at the door for $10 per person or $40 per family. Christmas Carol The Hale Center Theater Orem opens its eighth annual production of "A Christmas Carol" tonight at 8 and continues nightly (except Sunday) through Die. 23. Weeknight matinees are at 5 p.m. for Dec. 15 through Dec. 23. Saturday matinees run at 3:30 p.m. One Saturday matinee runs at noon on A Dec. 20.
