Robert Turner, pastor: GOOD FRIDAY (Today) Evening service at church, 7:30 p.m. Sermon "My Master Lives". Holy Communion will follow service. ser-vice. EASTER SUNDAY Sunday School pre-school to junior high 10 to 12 noon; junior and senior high 10 to II a.m. Following Fol-lowing is the Sunday School Easter program to be presented at 10 a.m.: PreluJe, Barbara Coward; song, congregation; opening prayer, Rev. Turner; Candle lighting ceremony Polly Partner, Julie 1 latch, Susan Sus-an Knudsen and Carol Lynn Johnson John-son under direction of Betty Coward; Cow-ard; Processional, Primary department depart-ment children songs, "Easter Day", "The Robin Sang in the Big Oak Tree", "A Song for Easter" and "Prayer Song", under direction direc-tion of Mrs. Berenice Willie and Joan Fike with Mrs. Melba Fike at the piano; "Lord's Prayer", Carol Lynn Johnson, Susan Knudsrn, Julie Hatch and Polly Partner; recitation, Gregory Boyd, Beth Lowell and Mike Turner; Offering, Barbara Coward at the piano ushers Bob Cochran, Rodney Rasmussen, Ronnie Ron-nie Coward and Steve Fuke; "The Littlest Donkey". Church Service II a.m. to 12 noon. Sermon "Blood on our Hands". No evening service this Sunday. ANNOUNCEMENTS Monday and Tuesday, Rev. Turner Tur-ner will attend the Westminister annual theological conference in Salt Lake City. Wednesday, April 5 7:30 p.m. at church Methodist Action program pro-gram (map). Rev. Fred Venable of Chriist Methodist Church, Salt Lake City and one of hi layman will conduct the program. All church members and interested parties are urged to attend. Thursday Brownies meet at par sonage 3:30 p.m.; Boy Scout Troop 113 meets at parsonage 7:00 p.m. A cub scout round table will be held at West Jordan 7:30 p.m. |
