They are both from Provo. In large saucepan, bring water to a boil; add chopped papaya, continue boiling rapidly, 5 minutes; drain. In blender or food processor, puree enough chopped papaya to equal 2 cups. In medium saucepan, mix. unfla4-- vored gelatine with 14 cup sugar; blend in egg yolks beaten with milk. Let stand one minute. Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about five minutes. Stir in pureed papaya and rum. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, n (7 until mixture mounds slightly n when dropped from spoon. In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites, then whipped cream, sliced strawberries, remaining chopped papaya and cake into gelatine mixture. Turn into spring form pan; chill until set. The public is welcome and admission is free. The fashion show is part of the week-lon- g activities held at the hospital in conjuction with National Hospital Week. "The show will feature 10 of our nurses modeling the latest uniform trends. They will be wearing white uniforms suitable for all hospital workers, not just nurses," said Nancy Jenkins of Utah Valley Medical Center. Ms. Jenkins said the fashion show has been held in previous years and is well received. "It's sponsored by Smith Uniforms of Provo. Each year Mr. Smith offers prizes to those who attend. Just fill out an entry form at the fashion show." The show will be presented three times during the lunch hour at the hospital.
