Stevie and D'iane Mayne, children child-ren of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Mayne of Roy returned home Sunday after a two week visit with their grandparents, grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Mayne. Mr. and Mrs. Francis L. Sax had as d nner guests Tuesday Commander Comman-der and Mis. P. R. McPhee and sons, Alan, Peter, and Douglas, from Bayside, Va. Wednesday a family dinner was held for the Virginia visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred McPhee in Salt Lake City. There were 22 guests. Tuesday evening visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Marker Mar-ker were Mrs. Harry Turner from Van Nuys, Calif., and son, Denny. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fellows were overnight guests Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Wrght. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jensen of Midvale visited with Mr. and Mrs. Albert J. Ray Monday. Marvin Jones from Heron, Mont, visited with Ben E. McAllister Jr. last Thursday and Friday. Ben showed him the sights visiting the party held at Spruces Friday night. A delightful evening was enjoyed. Enjoying a steak fry at Ledge-mere Ledge-mere in Big Cottonwood canyon last Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. The children sang songs and speakers speak-ers were Betty Winn, Bertha Bryce and Phyllis Sorenson. A special musical mu-sical number was given by Elizabeth Eliza-beth Adderley and Glenda Poulsen. Two family scenes were portrayed, one by the Ray Cough family and the other by the Udell Wankier family. Visitors Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Ben E. McAllister were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Rodeback of Provo and Stephen Vander Coy of Evanston, Wyo. Mrs. Rea Griggs and four children, child-ren, Stephanie, Jimmy, Debbie and Terry visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Armitstead. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jones of Heron, Mont., visited with the Ben McAllisters Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Carol Ann Bononcini returned home Wednesday evening after a nine week visit in Colorado where she visited at the homes of an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Jones of Colorado Springs, her grandmother, Mrs. Mary Volonezno of Florence and a cousin, Delores Bononcini of Portland, Colo. Returning Re-turning home with Carol Ann were her aunt and uncle the Kermit Jones' who spent a few days visiting visit-ing her with Mrs. Jones' aUtera, |
