New, 10th: Adelkert Schoenherr, the soap maker who left this city some time ago, as we are informed, to escape the payment of certain debts owing here, was brought back on the requi sition of Messrs. Pugsley and Auer A Murphy, a day or two ago. The evidence in this suit went to show that Mr. Snell had overpaid Schoenherr, who was his foreman at the soap factory, $90 on book account and also loaned him money to pay a board bill. It was held, however, that Mr.Suell's only recourse was in a civil suit. Schoenherr was again before the police magistrate this morning, to answer similar charges made by C. Auer, of the firm of Auer A Murphy, and Philip Pugsley.
