The interests of our friends aro mostly intuited io the Third Judicial District, to we give particular concerning it. Hon! M. E. Ilollieter i assigned to the Third District, embracing Oneida, Bear Lake and Lemhi Conn ties. Causes arising under the laws of the .Unite J States in that 'district The will, be tried at Malad City. the Third terms District of regular Court will be held at Mal-- d City, Oneida County, on the second Monday in June, and the second Monday in November; at Salmon City, Lemhi County, on tho third Monday in August; and at Paris, Bear Lake County, on the first Monday in June. The Supreme Court has also ordered "that whenever a Judge of either District sJkh! be unable from any cause to bold a term of court in any, county in his district, either of the other judges, upon a written of such judge may hold such term or terms, and his acts shall tave the same force and effect as the act? of the jtidge.-o- f '.the .district whose place he fills, and as though such judge had beea regularly assigned to auxhdjatrict by a majority' of the judges of tho Supreme Com t.
