The case of the city against A. G. Bidwell, charged with leaving his automobile while the motor was running was dismissed in the city court this morning upon the motion of Assistant City Attorney . Samuel Powell. When the case was called a few days ago and after Bidwell had pleaded, guilty to the charge City Judge D. R. The hearing of the case was then set for today. George Stephens, charged with bor ing a vagrant and a drug addict, pleaded not guilty and the hearing of his case was set for this afternoon. Ethel Walker and Emily Christie, residing at 146 and 204 Twenty-fift- h street respectively, arrested on the charge of vagrancy, failed to appear for trial and their bail of $50 each was declared forfeited.
