It. Roberts. Evidently under the impression that that ended the matter Stanley started out of the city court but was halted and arraigned on the charge of carrying concealed weapons. Stanley pleaded guilty to the charge and explained to the court that he had a revolver in the pocket of the automobile on his trip from Wyoming to Ogden, that, he had come here to visit friends and that he had been trying out the gun on the foothills shortly, before his arrest. 'The police testified that they- - took the gun from his pocket- when he w&s arrested.
