Mr. Skeen said that plans are being made to scrape the new road during the present week and that will while no extensive be done this year the highway will be put in passable condition. The scenery along th new road is said to be of the most beautiful in the state and takes the hujiter into a country abounding with game. Efforts were made to install a permanent road this year through of Morgan county, but the- plans were not completed.
