During the past six months, Miss Stookey has been drilling the students on the program, rehearsing eachof the dances until a perfection standard had been reached. The pageant involves the story of a fairy queen. Miss Sherma Hendershot, who was positive in her belief that nowhere could the dances of her fairy subjects be outdone. To her kingdom comes the sea, who boasts that he has been to all parts of the world practically and that- - there are earth people who can surpass the fairy subjects in the art of dancing. From far and near, dancers are called to prove their, ability and to contest for-ththree magic crowns of to be given away by the Fairy' Land queen. . After performances from ev- I ery race that the world has known, three subjects from Fairy Land, Rose, Butterfly and Butterfly's Shadow, enter the contest and win the crowns.
