Show JUDGES OF ELECTIONS. The Act regulating elections, pro Vides that the Justice of the Peace in each precinct, shall be the Judgt It ia necessary f elections therein. that these officials perform the dutv enjoined upon them by the statute, strictly in accordance with the provisions thereof. Each Justice should, without fail, bo present at the proper polling place earlv on the morning of Mondav and next, with his clerk, ballot-bopoll book, and be ready to open the polls exactly one houi after sunrise. He should be careful to permit no illegal voting.
