Frances and Anton were married May 29, 1934 in St. Catholic Therese Church, " Midvale. Their four children are DeLoy, Midvale; Robert, Salinas, Cal.; Mary Anne, Murray; and Richard, West Jordan. The Salt Lake LDS Temple will be the setting for the marriage of Sheri Kemp, daughter of Mr and Mrs Jimmy Kemp, Midvale, and Layne R. Hossner on June 7, 1984. A reception will honor the couple at the Heritage House that evening. Dr. and Mrs Lloyd Hossner, the groom's parents, will further honor the couple with a wedding breakfast at the Lion House. As her masters project, Jones completed "A Report of an Experiment with a Computer-Assiste- d Reading Guidance for Elementary Program This Grades." experiment consisted of developing a computer program for the Atari computer, to assist learning in elementary grades. Jones earned her bachelor of science degree in child development from USU in 1977. She is the daughter of Richard and Oreta Rich Berghout, 373 Van Buren St., Midvale. She attended Hillcrest High School. She is married to Kent G. Jones of Salt Lake. They have three children. He attended Idaho Tech in Pocatello, Ida., before serving a western states LDS mission. He attended Washington State University at Pullman, Wash., where he met his wife, Emily Holloway. They were married in the Logan Temple and returned to USU to school. continue Emily graduated with a B.A. degree and Jack received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After a few job changes Jack and Emily settled in Salt Lake City and raised a family of four. They are Mrs Boyd A. (Lueve) Whitby, Jack H. Winward, Dr. Richard B. Winward and R. Terry Winward. Dr. Winward had a career with the federal area an as government veterinarian and retired in late 1971 after the death of his wife. During his career he met many small ranchers in this area. He held many positions in the LDS Church and spent many years in service to the Boy Scouts of America.
