The Richs also have seven grandchildren. An open house will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 13, in honor of John E. and Roxie N. Rich on their 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Pepperwood IDS Cultural Center, 2165 E. 10700 S., Sandy, from 6 to 9 p.m. The Richs have resided in Sandy most of their lives and have been active in community and church affairs. They request no gifts, please. v? JRSEA schedules annual luncheon Jordan District Retirees will meet in the Credit Union annual Building for their Christmas luncheon at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10. The group will be entertained by the Jorgansen sisters Linda Wilde, Sharon Rodgers, and Teresa Jorgansen, accompanied by their sister, Mary Ann Butterfield. Their music is sure to bring the Christmas . spirit to all who attend. All former Jordan District employes are warmly invited to attend, and bring someone they love with them. White elephants will be exchanged; and, if a white elephant is not available, a small gift (maximum cost $2) is appropriate. Bingham Junction DUP Bingham Junction Camp was the hostess camp for a DUP meeting held at Pioneer Hall,1 West Jordan, on Nov. 28. Utahna Frantz conducted the meeting and Faye Eldrege gave the lesson on early mills. Delpha Green read a history on the life of John Peter Ahlstrom and his families. Relics were shown by the Bingham Junction Camp. A musical number was presented by Edith Oliver and Mary Borg, accompanied by Pat Jewell.
