The scholars are selected by the Utah Education Association from applicants who are children of ac till ) tive, retired or deceased division employes and may be used at any accredited institution of higher learning. Seventy students applied for the scholarships this year. The 1981 scholarship winners, parents, home town and school are: Shelley Ann Adams, Mr and Mrs Fred Adams, West Jordan, Bingham High; Deborah Lyn Eldredge, Mr and Mrs Gary W.
