Show Jordan wins own Invitational . . . After suffering through a loss to narrow Hiiicrest last Tuesday, Jordan High's wrestling team rebounded to earn first place team honors in its own Jordan Invitational meet Saturday. Hiiicrest later on Thursday was overcome 1 by visiting Alta, which placed fourth in the Jordan Invitational. Brighton blanked Kearns 49-Wednesday at home, while Bingham lost by one to Orem at point, Orem. On the upcoming slate, after a Tuesday match with Brighton, Jordan at wrestles Murray Murray Thursday. Also on Thursday Hiiicrest visits Bingham and then concludes league action a week from this Thursday " with the at Brighton. This Thursday, Brighton is also at home, hosting Orem and Alta travels to Kearns. This Saturday at Alta there will be a J.V. and sophomore tournament for Region Two. All league dual matches start at 6 p.m. for the J.V. and 7:30 for the varsity.
