Show Rumbles from Mt. Jordan at the district meet. Mt Jordan students started celebrating Christmas this early year. On the evening of Dec. 11, the choral, band, and speech departments put on a Christmas program for parents. The following day they presented it for by Cheryl Petersen Mt. Jordan Junior High had a school spelling bee. The first round was held Monday, Dec. were Tuesday, Dec. 17, and the finals were held Thursday, Dec. 19 in the auditorium for the student-body- . Winners received a cash prize and the right to compete 16. Semi-final- s the school. On Dec. 20, Mt. Jordan will celebrate with a pep assembly and a Walt Disney flick "The World's Greatest Athlete."
