Mrs Betty Black Dies in Salt Lake Marie Stallings Betty Black, 47, Salt Lake died of natural causes Mar. 8 in a Salt Lake hospital. She was the sister of Mrs Cleo (Bertha) Hall, Sandy. Announcement of the meeting was made today by Gary Swensen, director of the Salt Lake County recreation Mr department.
