This quarter's schedule of community school course offerings at Midvle middle school runs the gamut from computer basics to upholstry, from conversational French to hypnotherapy. Individuals wishing to avail themselves of the opportunity to take part in any of the above or a wide variety of other offerings may register by mail upto Sept 9. Registrations will also be taken in person at the school. Registration fees vary according to the class, ranging from $9 to $32. The trophy, a gold cup mounted on a white marble base was presented last week to Pam Hansen's class, kindergarten Track A, where it will stay until the next track change. The carnival will be held at the school, 2925 West 7180 South, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend. There will be many activities, including a cake walk, a moonwalk, and various games. Food will also be available, including pizza, pop, and a bake sale.
