ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that Provo City Board of Education will receive bids for all of the labor and materials required in the construction of an Addition to Provo High School at Provo, Utah. Bids will be received at the Board of Education office, 59 South, 400 West, Provo, Utah. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents on file with the Provo City Board of Education and at the office of Arlon L. Van Orden, Archi-UtaThese Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined and Copies obtained at the office of the Architect upon receipt of $75.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded providing bid is submitted in proper form and upon the return of such copies in good condition within five (5) days after bids are opened. Notice is hereby given that all bidders may submit with their bid, sworn statement of their financial responsibility, technical ability, and experience. Such sworn statements may be required to be furnished before award is made to any particular bidder.
