FORK Charleen Vest and repeated Briggs Larry nuptial vows May 18 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The next evening they received guests at a reception at the Memorial Building. She is the daughter of Mrs. Kathryn Briggs and he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Merl Vest. The beautiful bride chose a gown of Ohantilly lace and tulle for the occasion. It was underlaid with bridal taffeta. The fitted bodice was styled with long pointel sleeves. The scalloped neckline was trimmed with sequins and seed pearls. The full floor length skirt was detailed with alternating tiers of net and lace in front and a scatter of seed pearls over the entire skirt. The bride wore nylon net veil, elbow length, caught to a pearl tiara. She carried a bouquet of white roses fashioned in green net with white st. earners. Attending the bride were LaRae Howe and Barbara Jones as maids of honor. Jerrie Butler, Kathleen Hall, Kathleen Larson and Diane Higginson attended her as bridesmaids. They wore identical dresses in lime green embossed taffeta. Debbie Vest was flower girl. Richard Davis was ring bearer.
