'- . -"3 OREMr Highlightingr the week's news is that of Joyce Murdock, of Mrs. Helen Ipson of Orem. who was wed Friday, July 11, to Larry Alan Dot- son, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dotson of Panaca, Nev.They exchanged vowsin the Manti LDS Temple with President .Lewis Anderson officiating. A reception at the home of the - I'V ;,' -- ?- - i 1 - . - - I VXLJd m iridescents were embroidered the dress. Her sheer illusion veil fell from a scalloped crown of iridescents and sequins. She carried a bouquet of white orchids centered in stephanotis and lily of the valley, Janet Anderson was maid of honor, and Nada Boyer, Jaimee Norton and Marcia Lund were bridesmaids and Judy Lee Barker was junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Nancy, and Sherri Ann Murdock. They wore identically styled gowns of pink chiffon with matching picture hats and carried baskets of pink carnations and white daisies. A lovely hostess in blue lace sheath was Mrs. Ipson, while Mrs. Dotson chose pink linen sheath. Pinned to their gowns were orchid corsages. Bryce Dotson served as his brother's best man. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Murdock, Mr. and Mrs.- Bert Murdock and Mrs. Eugenia Robinson were hosts at the door and in the serving irea. Guests were served at small tables covered with pink organdy cloths and centered with carnations and daisies by Dianna Lewis, Ann Davis, Marian Swan, Bonnie Thacker and Gaylia Austin. A doll fashioned after the bride was on the cake table. In the gift room were Carol Bird, Jacqueline Trease and Jean Evans. Presiding at the guest book was Mrs. Carolyn McAllister. Special guests were Mr. and Mrs. Garland Hollingshead, Mrs. Carol Getcker and Mr. and Mrs. Grant Lee, all from Nevada. The' bride donned a red silk suit with white accessories for her honeymoon to Lake Tahoe.
