Park City Film Reel Community Series: ‘bias’ Park City Filmand the Women’s Giving Fund will present free Robin Hauser’s “bias,” not rated, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Park City Library’s Jim Santy Auditorium. Award-winning documentary filmmaker Robin Hauser, known for “CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap” and “Running for Jim,” highlights the nature of implicit bias, the grip it holds on social and professional lives, and what it will take to induce change. A post-screening panel discussion will feature Hauser; Dr. Marco Barker, associate vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer at Westminster College; and Sadie Ortiz, PCHS senior and member of Teen Council, Latinos in Action and Bright Futures. Saturday, Dec. 8 Bodytraffic at the Eccles Center Park City Institute will present Bodytraffic, a Los Angeles contemporary dance company founded by acclaimed dancers, choreographers and directors, Lillian Barbeito and Tina Finkelman Berkett. Bodytraffic was named one of “25 to Watch,” by Dance Magazine, and “the Company of the future,” by the Joyce Theater Foundation.
