The change means that the regular adult .fare of 15 cents or ight rides for $1 must be paid by anyone over 16 years of age, including Brigham Young University students and other students. A reduced rate previously was granted all students. The rate for children 16 years of age or under will remain at 10 cents or 11 rides for $1.
