" ' Utah Law Enforcement Setup Being Surveyed , . , SALT LAKE CITY (UP) The Utah Local Government Survey Commission was told today that some of the work proposed for addition to Utah's law enforcement setup is already performed adequately by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Thirty police and sheriffs officers from throughout the Estate testified during a public hearing the commission held in preparation for submitting to the legislature recommendations on chanzinz the state's law enforcement procedures. Proposed changes included placing responsibility for a statewide training program for lawmen in the vocational education department of the State Department of Public Instruction.
